Let Go of Need to Control Others

We cannot force someone to hear a message
they are not ready to receive.
Yet, we must never underestimate
the power of planting a seed.


Note: Controlling behaviors often arise from the desire to get others to think and act the way we want. There are significant differences between “planting seeds” versus giving unsolicited advice.

Question: What are appropriate ways to “plant seeds” with the intention of being helpful, without being attached to the outcome?
